In March 2009, Promantra Synergy Solutions entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Alignor, a United States based global leader in providing Performance Improvement Solutions, utilizing the interest-based approach to negotiation and leadership development. It has a proven track record of providing highly effective solutions in complex and challenging negotiations; Conflict Resolution and Risk Management; and accelerating decision-making in the related industry.
This non-exclusive business alliance has brought together Promantra and Alignor to jointly develop and market ProAlignor. It is an integrated line of joint products and services that would provide end-to-end solutions to our clients and shall drive a standard based enhanced service and management environment for integrated solutions and services. Our existing and prospective clients, who are faced with ever rising Healthcare Conflict and Litigation problems are sure to benefit from the solution, through the process of reviewing and reporting, coordination, management and by facilitating every step of the solution.
With the launch of ProAlignor, Promantra is slated to become the KPO/LPO that would offer an exclusive and complete solution process in the field of Healthcare Conflict Resolution and Litigation solutions.
