Complaint: We can assist you with drafting complaints for the plaintiff who intends to file a complaint against the auto manufacturer with the court.

Filing Response: Draft answers to the Lemon Law complaint that explains the defendant’s side of the Lemon Law dispute. In some instances, instead of an answer or reply, the manufacturer or dealer may request that the consumer clarify issues or correct mistakes in the stated facts or legal theories. This may lead to amended complaints or amended answers.

Case Duration and Preparation: We perform a thorough case preparation that is critical to any kind of successful consumer litigation. We research all aspects of warranty and Lemon Law, review of relevant repair orders and other technical documentation, and witness interviews that helps in determining the merits of the consumer Lemon Law claim.

Discovery: We gather all relevant information that is crucial to the claim, and draft interrogatories, requests for documents, and requests for admission (which ask each side to admit or deny statements of fact). Our standard discovery includes information on the dealer personnel, representatives of the manufacturer and/or any expert the manufacturer may have hired and expert witnesses crucial to the case. We focus on repair records in order to determine the outcome of your case. We can also summarize depositions in standard format or any other specific formats that may be required. We focus on showing inconsistencies in a witness’ story or to question the witness’ credibility.

Motions: We handle all motions pertaining to law or facts in the case, such as the motion for summary judgment, or other motions seeking production of documents or to exclude evidence from trial.

Trial: We can help you at trial by drafting briefs and while presenting evidence and on other claims or defenses presented to a jury and/or judge. Our brief shall outline the arguments and evidence to be used at trial of a Lemon Law case and during a voir dire. We can also help you with your opening statement or brief, rebuttal evidence and a motion for judgment.
