Sai Giridhar - CEO & Managing Director

Mr. Sai Giridhar is one of the venerated founders of Promantra Synergy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He is the right mix of entrepreneurship and professionalism and is very adept with dealing with his responsibilities as a C.E.O and a M.D of Promantra. He has long stood the role as a leader in Business Development, Organization Structuring and Quality Management Systems with additional roles of overseeing and reviewing the Company’s strategic direction and objectives.

His key initiatives include pursuit of excellence in quality and a triumphant attitude of facing and overcoming challenges. He has been the epitome of mentoring. It is under his leadership that Promantra Synergy Solutions LTD was listed among the Global Services Top 100 and NASCOM’s 100 IT innovators. With his leadership and direction, Promantra is moving into a new epoch which would be of increasing perfection.

He has over 17 yrs of experience in Pharma, IT and Digital Media Industries. His expertise in assorted industries, along with his rich educational background, gives him a distinct advantage of managing the Operations as well as foreseeing challenges.

He is a Law Graduate and has received a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Ivan Jaron Bradshaw (AVP - Operations)

Ivan Bradshaw heads the BPO-RCM Vertical at Promantra. As an Associate Vice President -Operations he overlooks the day to day operations across clients in the BPO-RCM Vertical. Ivan Bradshaw has over 8+ years of experience in the IT consulting and US Healthcare BPO/KPO space specific to US Healthcare.

He was earlier associated with major Healthcare companies in India. Ivan Bradshaw holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and is a certified Clinical Account Technician (CCAT) & Patient Account Technician (CPAT) by AAHAM (American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management). In addition to the above Ivan has extensive experience in Migration and Transition of Healthcare Assignments.

Russell P (AVP – Business Development)

Russell is an experienced IT Business Development and Project Management Professional with 20+ years of experience in Business Development, Program Management, Account Management, Talent Acquisition and Development experience in APAC countries.

He holds Masters Degree in Public Administration and MBA – HR. At Promantra he is responsible for business development and strengthening strategic partnerships in the BPO and Software Services Division. He is highly process and people oriented professional. His experience in setting up start-ups in India, Middle-east and South East Asian countries coupled with the experience of working in multi-cultural and challenging environments goes a long way in ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business from customers worldwide.
