Senior Attorney
Our Senior Attorney may have
- Work experience: 5-7 years
- Should have spent at least 3-4 years doing contract, drafting and corporate work either in a good corporate law firm or MNC/company or should have spent at least 1.5 - 2 years out of total work experience at an LPO doing corporate work
- Should be familiar with the US judicial system
- Should have basic working knowledge of Westlaw and LexisNexis
- Focus on any particular domain is preferred (telecom, IT, IP, banking and securities, infrastructure etc)
- Specific LPO sector expertise focused on contract drafting/corporate services is preferable
Junior Attorney
Our Junior Attorney should have
- Work experience: 3-5 years
- Should have spent at least 2 years doing contract, drafting and corporate work either in a good corporate law firm or MNC/company or should have spent at least 1 year out of total work experience at an LPO doing corporate work
- Should be familiar with the US judicial system
- Should have basic working knowledge of Westlaw and LexisNexis
Associate (General Corporate Practice)
Our General Corporate Practice profile shall include:
- Research and provide written advice on legal and regulatory issues, including laws relating to companies, property, foreign investment, banking, securities laws etc
- Transaction services: Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts relating to joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions. Conducting legal due diligence and reporting findings and
- Secretarial services: Drafting memorandum and articles of association, resolutions of shareholders and the board of directors and filing of forms and general corporate compliance
